SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION

Follow us @Southwark Leisure on Facebook and Instagram to win great prizes!

Every Monday from 20 November – 11 December, followers will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win one great prize such as free membership, personal training sessions or free activity passes. Plus you’ll get all the latest fitness tips, gym demonstrations and find out what’s going on across Southwark Leisure. Winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram weekly.

Weekly prizes:

• Week one draw on 20 November – Win a three month membership for one
• Week two draw on 27 November – Win three 1-2-1 sessions with a Personal Trainer
• Week three draw on 4 December – Win ten gym or swim sessions
• Week four draw on 11 December – Win a 6-month All Access Plus membership including Les Mills on-line classes

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter is Southwark Leisure part of Southwark Council whose registered office is at 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH.

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Southwark Leisure.

3. Between 20 November – 11 December, Southwark Leisure (the promoter) will be running a prize draw for all social media followers on Facebook and Instagram.

4. Anybody aged 18 or over, following @Southwark Leisure on Facebook or Instagram, will be automatically entered into a weekly prize draw, unless they choose not to follow Facebook and/or Instagram in the period between 20 November – 11 December or opt out of this social media competition by emailing Southwarkleisureinfo@southwark.gov.uk.

5. Winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram every Monday from 20 November – 11 December. Winners agree to their name being included in these announcements and other publicity materials in connection with the social media competition. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, and will be deleted following completion of the competition period.

6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

7. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be redeemed. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

8. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

9. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time or amend these terms and conditions.

12. The winner’s name will be available until 28 days after the closing date of the last draw in November by emailing the following address SouthwarkLeisureInfo@southwark.gov.uk.
13. COMPETITION PRIZE TERMS

Week one draw on 20 November – Win a three month membership for one

Terms: The winner is entitled to a three month, All Access Plus membership for one person. Must be aged 18 or over. Prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2023. Membership is for three consecutive months. If you are an existing member, your direct debit will be placed on hold for three months. If you are an existing annual member, you will receive a three-month extension onto your existing membership. You cannot freeze a complimentary membership. If you are not currently a member we will contact you to set up your complimentary membership. Centre rules must be adhered to at all times.

Week two draw on 27 November – Win three 1-2-1 sessions with a Personal Trainer

Terms: The winner is entitled to three 30-minute sessions with a Personal Trainer at a Southwark leisure centre of your choice. It includes free use of the gym during the session. Session dates and times are subject to availability and all sessions must be pre-booked in advance. Cancelled sessions cannot be re-booked. Centre rules must be adhered to at all times.

Week three draw on 4 December – Win ten free gym or swim sessions

Terms: The winner is entitled to 10 free gym sessions or 10 free swim sessions at a Southwark leisure centre of their choice. All sessions must be redeemed by 31 December 2023. Sessions can only be booked and used by the prize draw winner. Centre rules must be adhered to at all times.

Week four draw on 11 December – Win a 6-month All Access Plus membership including Les Mills online classes

Terms: The winner is entitled to one All Access Plus membership for six months for one person including Les Mills online classes. Must be redeemed by 31 December 2023. Membership is for six consecutive months. If you are an existing member, your direct debit will be placed on hold for six months. If you are an existing annual member, you will receive a six-month extension onto your existing membership. You cannot freeze a complimentary membership. If you are not currently a member we will contact you to set up your complimentary membership. Centre rules must be adhered to at all times.
