Our large gym is laid out over two floors and features TechnoGym resistance and cardio equipment. Our team of knowledgeable Gym Motivators, are happy to help you wherever possible and keep you on track.

Group Fitness Studio

Lots of group fitness classes are on offer across our three state-of-the-art studios, including HIIT, Zumba, group cycle to yoga and Pilates. All of our classes are led by friendly, fantastic instructors who will help you achieve your goals.

At Peckham Pulse Leisure Centre there is a 25m, six-lane swimming pool, and a hydrotherapy pool. By the pool there is also a sauna and steam room.

Free swim and gym

Southwark residents can use swimming pools and gyms at our leisure centres, free of charge, at certain times as part of our Free Swim and Gym programme.

What do I need to do?

You can sign up online by selecting your preferred centre and clicking on ‘Free Swim & Gym’.

If you are:

Registering for the first time, you will be required to take proof of ID and address to your local centre to collect your membership card. You can do this from the following day after registration. Please check eligibility and proof of ID requirements.

Our children’s swimming lessons are perfect for young swimmers of all abilities.

GP and exercise referral

Our GP and exercise referral scheme helps people with their physical and mental health. You will need a professional referral (from your GP or a medical professional) to join this scheme.

Soft play and birthday parties

Our soft play area is suitable for kids up to 8 year old. They can climb, clamber and explore and keep active at the same time. We can also host birthday parties too!

Soft play is availble to book on the App.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

A grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him to submit. It is suitable for all ages.

MONDAY – Adults Gi 19:15-20.15 Beginners, TUESDAY – Adults No Gi 13:30-14.30 Mixed Levels, WEDNESDAY – Adults Gi 20:10-21.10 Mixed Levels, FRIDAY – Adults Gi 12:30-13.30 Mixed Levels 

COST: Kids £60.00 per month, Adults £100.00 per month
