National Fitness Day

Join Move Southwark in celebrating the nation’s biggest day dedicated to moving more! Led by UKActive, National Fitness Day is all about inspiring movement, building healthier habits, and bringing communities together.

Get your friends together and come and join in! Sessions are free to members and non members. See what’s on at centres near you and book sessions early via the website to avoid disappointment. Spaces are limited.
