Win a Three Month Membership Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Southwark Leisure part of Southwark Council whose registered office is at 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH.

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Southwark Leisure.

3. Between 1 June – 24 August, Southwark Leisure (the promoter) will be running a prize draw to win a three month family Lifestyle membership for up to two adults and three juniors for a period of three months.

4. Anybody aged 18 or over can enter for free by completing the form at southwarkleisure.co.uk/summermoves or by emailing southwarkleisureinfo@southwark.gov.uk with your full name, your local centre and your age stating you would like to enter the free prize membership draw.

5. Winners will be announced on 31 August at our family track event and by email by 3 September. Winners agree to their name being included in these announcements and other publicity materials in connection with the competition. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, and will be deleted following completion of the competition period’.

6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

7. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be redeemed. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

8. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

9. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time or amend these terms and conditions.

11. The winner’s name will be available until 28 days after the closing date of the draw by emailing the following address SouthwarkLeisureInfo@southwark.gov.uk.

Competition Prize Terms

The winner is entitled to a Lifestyle membership for up to two adults and three junior memberships for a period of three months. All entrants must be aged 18 or over. Prize must be redeemed by 30 September 2024. Membership is for three consecutive months. If you are an existing member, your direct debit will be placed on hold for three months. If you are an existing annual member, you will receive a three-month extension onto your existing membership. You cannot freeze a complimentary membership. If you are not currently a member we will contact you to set up your complimentary membership(s). Centre rules must be adhered to at all times.
