PRIZE DRAW COMPETITION TERMS

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Southwark Leisure part of Southwark Council whose registered office is at 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH.

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Southwark Leisure.

3. Anybody aged 16 or over can enter for free by completing the entry form by the stated closing date.

4. Winners will be announced by email and agree to their name being included in these announcements and other publicity materials in connection with the competition. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, and will be deleted following completion of the competition period.

5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

6. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be redeemed. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

8. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time or amend these terms and conditions.

10. The winner’s name will be available until 28 days after the closing date of the draw by emailing the following address SouthwarkLeisureInfo@southwark.gov.uk.

11.  If the winner is an existing member, your direct debit will be placed on hold for the duration of the free membership. If you are an existing annual member, you will receive an extension equivalent to the prize period onto your existing membership. You cannot freeze a complimentary membership. If you are not currently a member we will contact you to set up your complimentary membership(s). Centre rules must be adhered to at all times.
