My movement journey started in dance so I have a slightly different approach to training. I transitioned into sports science & fitness coaching in 2017 following sustained injuries during my 10 year career. I now work as a coach with different groups of people and enjoy coaching all ages and levels of ability. Developing people’s physical literacy and confidence is a real passion of mine whether you’re a beginner or a professional! As a Pilates teacher for more than a decade, my focus is on creating optimal balance and functionality in the body. I can help you become flexible, toned and pain-free – with a practice that will keep you that way. Blending Pilates with resistance training, yoga and dance stretch work, I will help you develop your core and smaller, supporting muscles to build strength, mobility and suppleness from the inside out. You will learn posture and alignment techniques that translate into other fitness activities – and into daily movement.

Your fitness journey should continue to challenge you, but I want to help make it a pleasure, not a chore: something that will give you the energy, confidence and resilience to make the most of your life.

Qualifications include; Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Pilates Teacher, 20+ years dance and yoga practice, Strength training, Core and flexibility work, Alleviating back and joint pain, Improving posture, alignment and joint mobility.
