Adrian

My specialism is Boxing for Fitness. As well as being fully qualified, I bring in my own techniques and combinations. I am passionate about improving fitness and technique to enable my clients to meet their full potential. I provide quality advice, drawing on my many years experience in the fitness industry. I am fun and friendly with the skill to push you to you to your max whilst making you feel comfortable and at ease.

I am a personal trainer, a yoga teacher and a H.I.I.T instructor with over 6 years experience in the fitness industry. I have a vast amount of knowledge and experience working with all kinds of individual in many different types of training including yoga, mindfulness, mobility, flexibility training, functional training, cardio, H.I.I.T style training and resistance and weight training. I also have personal experience of how a training programme can help to improve your physical mobility. I specialise in training people with disabilities and injuries. I can help you improve your cardio fitness and long-term stamina whatever your background. I am skilled at helping people with long distance running goals and creating HIIT workouts. I love teaching group choreographed classes as well as training individuals. Finding what motivates you is the key to finding the way for you to have fun while reaching your fitness goals.

Tracy is such a good personal trainer. She is so polite, friendly and down to earth. She always asks what you want to work on during a session, and makes sure you are comfortable with what you are doing. She takes on board all of the exercises you cant do, and does alternatives so you don’t miss out on exercising certain muscle groups. I would 100% recommend Tracey to anyone who is looking for a PT, no matter of your goals.

I’m not going to lie to you, I used to HATE exercise! The memory of trying to get over a pommel horse in PE still brings me out in a cold sweat!

But over the years I have come to love it and for many years now it has been a huge part of my life. So much so that after having my children I decided to retrain as a PT so that I could help other people overcome their fear of the gym and reap the mental and physical benefits that exercise brings.

What is the best way to get fit? There is no one way. We are all individual and what is right for one person might not be right for someone else. I am passionate about helping people find what works for them, by identifying their goals, creating a plan and helping them to execute it.

Working in an office when I was younger made me realise that I prefer a hands on role helping people meet their goals. I have always enjoyed physical activity and sport so Personal Training was a natural progression for me. Also, my father is a tennis coach so I’ve always been around Health and Fitness.

I trained with Lee for a year and he was brilliant (the only reason I stopped is that we left the area). Lee listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored the sessions to exercises that would help me tone up. He kept it interesting by mixing things up so no two sessions ever felt the same. I learnt loads from Lee about my body and why certain movements are better than others depending on your goals. Lee made me feel really comfortable and we always had a great laugh too. I miss training with Lee and I highly recommend him.

As a Pilates teacher for more than a decade, my focus is on creating optimal balance and functionality in the body. I can help you become flexible, toned and pain-free – with a practice that will keep you that way. Blending Pilates with resistance training, yoga and dance stretch work, I will help you develop your core and smaller, supporting muscles to build strength, mobility and suppleness from the inside out. You will learn posture and alignment techniques that translate into other fitness activities – and into daily movement.

Your fitness journey should continue to challenge you, but I want to help make it a pleasure, not a chore: something that will give you the energy, confidence and resilience to make the most of your life.
