I believe in a life balance. I create exercise programmes that are progressive, challenging and enjoyable and provide nutritional suggestions that don’t need to exclude your favourite foods. I aim to help you achieve your goals not impose my regime.
I specialise in women’s health: exercise before, during and after pregnancy; dealing with the menopause through movement and nutrition.
I have been training people for seven years. Being 51, I’m aware of the aches and pains middle age brings and many of my clients ask me to develop exercises to keep them energised, supple and feeling good.

Rebecca
As a Pilates teacher for more than a decade, my focus is on creating optimal balance and functionality in the body. You will learn posture and alignment techniques that translate into other fitness activities and into daily movement. I can help you become flexible, toned and pain-free – with a practice that will keep you that way. Blending Pilates with resistance training, yoga and dance stretch work, I will help you develop your core and smaller, supporting muscles to build strength, mobility, suppleness and muscle tone from the inside out.
