Free gym passes for ages 18+

Drop in for a free gym session on 10 January for some 2026 move motivation! Our trainers will be here for tips and advice and you can learn about our new 12 week success programme. Simply register at reception on the day.

Family fun for all ages and abilities

Get stuck in with a Circus skills workshop, Community Karate, GymFluence sessions for 11 to 15 year olds, Aqua disco, Rookie Lifeguard, family swim sessions, Swim stage discovery, soft play and more!

 Find out your blood type at The Castle Leisure Centre, Give blood at Dulwich Leisure Centre and enjoy a Health and Genetics Talk at Peckham, Camberwell and Castle Leisure Centre plus Nutrition workshop at Surrey Docks.

5k run starting in Camberwell

Our new commuity run partner are leading a fun 5k run for all abilities starting at Camberwell Leisure Centre at 10am and finishing at Burgess Park.

Sailing tasters and  cold water dips!  

Enjoy an introductory sailing session or brave the waters for a new year dip at Surrey Docks Fitness and Watersports Centre (weather permitting).

Adult activities

  • Personal Training Taster Sessions - 9am to 4pm 

30 minute Personal Training taster sessions with one of our exert Trainers

  • Tai Chi class - 3pm to 4pm

Come move with us, in this calming class for mind and body (18 spaces available). Booking available online or via the app.

  • 5k run for all abilities led by our new Move Community Partner Overnyte X - 10am start

Join us for a guided 5K community run starting at Camberwell Leisure Centre and finishing in Burgess Park (Camberwell Road entrance), including a loop around the pond. Open to all abilities. Please arrive 10 minutes early for a short briefing.

  • Health and Genetics talk - 11:30am to 12:30pm

This talk highlights how Black Health Legacy is leading a groundbreaking, black-led genomic and health study in the UK to tackle health inequalities affecting Black African and Black Caribbean communities. Attending offers a chance to learn how genetics, health data, and lived experience are shaping better outcomes for conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease. It’s also an opportunity to be part of a growing movement, amplifying community voices, supporting vital research, and helping to build a healthier legacy for future generations.

  • Learn your swim stage tasters - 1pm to 2pm

Wanting to start swim school but not sure what stage you should start on? Come for this discovery session in our main pool with one of our swimming teachers.

  • Fun Float session in the pool - 2pm to 3pm and 3pm to 4pm

Open to all ages (18 spaces in the learner pool). Booking available online or via the app.

  • GymFluence session for 11 to 15 year olds - 10am to 11am

A supervised gym session designed for young people to learn how to use fitness equipment safely and confidently. Guided by qualified instructors, juniors follow age-appropriate exercises that help build strength, coordination, and healthy exercise habits.

  • Kids colouring and finger painting 

Supervise your kids for some fun crafting between 9am to 4pm.

A calming immersive sound experience for wellbeing and relaxation

  • Speedflex Showcase - between 12pm to 1pm

High-energy 10-minute HIIT workout sessions - experience Speed Flex training

  • Climbing Wall Challenge - 1pm to 2pm

Timed challenge to test strength, balance, and Stamina.

Family and Kids Activities 

  • Circo Rum Ba Circus Skill Workshop - 1:30pm to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 3:30pm (all ages)

Join us for a fun, interactive Circus Skills workshop where you can have a go at a range of exciting circus activities. Led by professional circus performers, the session begins with short demonstrations before you’re invited to try the skills yourself.

Fun, confidence-building martial arts for children

  • Teen MOVE Flow: Community Yoga for Teens - 12:15pm to 1pm

  • Boxing 12 Mega Class - 10am to 11am and 2pm to 3pm

A high-energy boxing-inspired session combining punch-bag work, functional exercises, and interval training for a full-body workout. Experience 36 minutes of boxing training and learn how to jab/cross/hook!

  • Gym Floor Circuit - 9am, 1pm and 4pm

A fast-paced workout moving through a series of strength and cardio stations designed to build overall fitness, endurance, and muscle tone.

  • Aqua Zumba - 2pm to 3pm

A fun, low-impact dance-fitness class held in the pool, blending Zumba choreography with the resistance and support of water.

  • Breaststroke Beginner Taster Session - 3pm to 3:30pm (age 16+)

30 minute taster session for beginner in breaststroke technique

  • Breaststroke Intermediate / Advance session - 3:30pm to 4pm (age 16+)

  • Blood Pressure Checks - 10am to 4pm

Pop in for a quick, hassle-free blood pressure check with our trained team. After your reading, you have the option of receiving a free basic fitness programme tailored to help you stay active, healthy, and confident in managing your wellbeing.

Experience what it's like to be a lifeguard and learn essential lifeguard skills! The taster Rookie Lifeguard teaches vital skills to keep yourself and others safe in and around water. Participants will learn rescue techniques, first aid, and build on their swimming abilities.

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.

We're holding two free, one hour sessions in our fun three tiered soft play centre. Endless fun for your little ones.  Limited spaces available.

  • Family Sen Aqua Disco - 3pm to 4pm

A fun, vibrant swim, with toys, blow ups, lights and some music, add some fun and excitement to the water

Body Pump but heavier! The empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed.

Restorative yoga session using immersive vibrations

  • Cold Water Dip - from 8:30am to 9:30am 

Awaken the body and mind with a cold water dip in the Dock and swim in the enclosed training area.

  • Introduction to Elevate Rower  (16+years) - 9am to 10am

Come along a learn how to use the Elevate rower. No booking required - just turn up!

  • Introduction to Squat Racks  (16+years) - 11am to 12pm

Come along a learn how to use the squat racks and best technique. No booking required - just turn up!

  • Introduction to Tanita Scales  (16+years) - 3pm to 4pm

Come along a learn how to use the Tanita Scales so you can effectively measure your progress in 2026. No booking required - just turn up!

  • Sailing Taster sessions (8+ years) - from 10am to 3pm

Opportunity to try a new activity on the water! You'll learn some basic sailing skills in this 30 minute taster.

A social, fun run around the athletics track with your buggies. Get out, meet other parents and get moving with your little one. All ages and abilities welcome.

  • Hyrox - 1pm to 2pm

A high-intensity, functional training circuit with a twist!

  • Duathlon - 2pm to 4pm

A fun combined event of running and cycling.

Enjoy Body Pump for an empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. It's a full body barbell work out that focuses on lights weights and high repetitions

  • Zumba - 12:30pm to 1:30pm

Grab your friends and join the party for a fun dance infused workout!

  • Pool Disco - 3pm

Fun all-age pool session with music and lights - join in and make a splash!

  • Breaststroke clinic - 12pm (age 18+)

Group swimming session with a teacher to help you improve your technique in breaststroke

  • Front crawl clinic - 8am to 9pm (age 18+)

  • NHS Blood & Transplant What’s Your Blood Type - from 8:30am

What’s your blood type will be hosting a stall and will be doing on-the-day prick tests to find out what your blood type is - no need to book.

What’s your blood type has 3 steps:

Step 1 – registering new blood donor

Step 2 – book an appointment for actual blood donation session in the nearest donor centre or donation session and

Steps 3 – After these 2 steps, if donor would like to find out the likely blood types, we will find the blood types with prick test.
