I aim to provide thorough training programmes to all clients, taking a personalised approach to help them achieve their individual goals. I have 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. My proficiency in instructing unfamiliar and inexperienced members of the public demonstrates my ability to optimize functionality while equipping individuals with the necessary skills to develop self-sufficiently.

My educational background includes extensive personal training courses, followed by a degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. I gained valuable experience interning at Newham Hospital and Charlton Athletic W.F.C.

My objective is simple: to provide quality sessions to both athletes and beginners, fostering development and informed practice.

My journey into fitness wasn’t driven by aesthetics or performance, it was born out of necessity. After facing both mental and physical health challenges, I reached a breaking point and knew I needed a new way forward. I found it in movement. The gym became a space where I could rebuild and reconnect with myself.
That experience changed everything. It sparked a passion not just for fitness itself, but for guiding others through their own journeys – whether they’re starting from scratch, coming back after a setback, or simply looking for a deeper connection to their health.

Now, as a certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Sound Therapist, I work with people who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more in tune with their bodies. My approach is supportive, grounded, and tailored to the whole person – mind and body.
